Zu diesen Instrumenten zählen globale Rahmenabkommen und Lieferkettengesetze ebenso wie CSR-Richtlinien und digitale Tools. Es zeigt sich, dass bei der Durchsetzung sozialer Standards vor allem Workers' Voice und Mitbestimmung zählen: Abhilfe ist nur möglich, wenn Missstände auch benannt werden. |
