On the one hand, it brings together current debates on criminal law and criminal procedural law, in relation to its advances and challenges, and on the other hand, the pedagogical approach to understand the basic and main elements of this area of legal knowledge. From a rigorous look at the norm, the jurisprudence and the current reality, the challenges and scopes that criminal law has experienced in Colombia and the world are shown in parallel, so that the reader, student or professional of the law not only acquires knowledge, but also reflects with critical capacity on the evolution of the law. |
