Scheitern ist ein schillernder Begriff gegenwärtiger kultureller und wissenschaftlicher Diskurse. In soziologischer, philosophischer und psychoanalytischer Perspektive wird ein interdisziplinärer Diskurs entworfen, der sowohl die Abgründe als auch Potentiale dieses Erfahrungsfeldes benennt. In einer religionsdidaktischen Transformation werden drei narrative Lehrstücke erarbeitet: die Turmbauerzählung, der verlorenen Sohn und die frühchristl.
