الملخص:In this book, highly qualified scientists present their recent research motivated by the importance of electric machines. It addresses advanced studies for high-speed electrical machine design, mechanical design of rotors with surface-mounted permanent magnets, design of motor drive for brushless DC motor, single-phase motors for household applications, battery electric propulsion systems for competition racing applications, robust diagnosis by observer using the bond graph approach, a DC motor simulator based on virtual instrumentation, start-up of a PID fuzzy logic embedded control system for the speed of a DC motor using LabVIEW, advanced control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and optimization of fuzzy logic controllers by particle swarm optimization to increase the lifetime in power electronic stages.
