Im ersten Teil werden Ansätze der Populismusforschung kritisch diskutiert und die Forschungsthese theoretisch entwickelt. Im zweiten Teil wird ein Konzept zur empirischen Untersuchung des Kampfes um Würde in der Arbeit vorgestellt und die Forschungsthese empirisch überprüft.
