A special focus lies on the implementations of the reform in the Juvenile Courts Act of 2019, which transposed the EU directive 2016/800 on procedural safeguards for children who are suspects or accused persons in criminal proceedings. A review will be followed by professional consequences and challenges for professionals in the field of youth services in criminal proceedings. |
