Die Indirekte Stellvertretung wurde vor allem in der deutschsprachigen Literatur bisher nur rudimentär behandelt. Diese Lücke will die vorliegende Untersuchung mit dem Titel "Die Indirekte Stellvertretung –zugleich ein Beitrag zur Lehre von den Zustimmungsgeschäften" schliessen. Die Autorin erörtert darin, die Begriffsbestimmung der indirekten Stellvertretung sowie deren Abgrenzung zu anderen Rechtsfiguren. Weiter identifiziert die Autorin die sich typischerweise aus dem Relativitätsgrundsatz ergebenden Schutzdefizite der einzelnen an der indirekten Stellvertretung beteiligten Personen und zeigt Lösungsansätze auf.
