Published Autonome cyber-physische Systeme, also körperliche, selbstlernende Technologien, werden absehbar Einzug in unsere Lebenswirklichkeit finden. Wird auch das Strafrecht reagieren müssen, wenn innovative, autonome Technologien die tatbestandlichen Erfolge einer Körperverletzung oder einer Tötung herbeiführen? Zwecks Beantwortung dieser Frage untersucht Maximilian Münster die hierzulande geltenden Maßstäbe strafrechtlicher Produkthaftung, um anschließend ihre Anwendung auf das Inverkehrbringen autonomer cyber-physischer Systeme zu bewerten. Bei dieser Bewertung stehen diejenigen Grenzen im Vordergrund, welche das Verfassungsrecht der Kriminalisierung eines Verhaltens zwingend aufgibt.
