In an interdisciplinary tandem symposium with invited guests, we successfully brought together vastly different fields, sparking inspiring discussions. Furthermore, the Johanna Quandt Young Academy Fellows engaged with the concepts of "Tenets", "Variations", and "Transformations." In doing so, their thoughts flowed into the depths of their individual research fields as well as the currents of ongoing societal debates – whether related to the inexorable digitization, the intricate dynamics of gender and political power, or the pressing questions of global health and climate change. At the culmination of this intellectual journey, fueled by curiosity and eagerness for knowledge, lies a profound reflection on the significance and impact of their own research approaches. This work also presents a comprehensive explanation of the robust concept and structural cornerstones of Johanna Quandt Young Academy, alongside the fundamental guiding principle that forms the basis of our academic endeavor. |
