Dabei werden am Beispiel der Telefonseelsorge auf der Grundlage von Gesprächsprotokollen, Berichtsblättern der Geschäftsstellen sowie statistischer Daten sowohl die spezifischen psychosozialen Problemlagen der Anrufenden als auch die generellen Herausforderungen des gesellschaftlichen Wandels für den Einzelnen beleuchtet, die im Kontext niedrigschwelliger Beratungsformate deutlich zutage treten. |
