The treatment of pulmonary sarcoidosis is explored in terms of the management of granulomatous inflammation and the proper use of sarcoidosis medications. Complications of pulmonary sarcoidosis are described including pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary hypertension, and infectious complications. It is hoped that this issue will be valuable to clinicians and assist in improving the care of pulmonary sarcoidosis patients. |
