This volume gathers all the outcomes of those days while celebrating Maria Bonghi Jovino, professor emerita of the University of Milan and honorary citizen of Tarquinia and recognised as a "hero founder" for her archaeological research, which began forty years ago. Her work established the basis for interdisciplinary and international research to enhance the public's awareness of the ancient city. This volume presents a wide overview of Tarquinia, spanning archaeology and history to Etruscan religion with a particular interest in interdisciplinary, internationality and third mission, and cultural heritage preservation. |
