| Summary: | After the pandemic is before the pandemic. It is therefore all the more important to analyse and critically question the legal issues. The work deals intensively with the decisions of the judiciary that have received little attention so far. It focuses on the peculiarities of Bavarian administrative court judgement practice in the first months of the pandemic and the question of the resilience of the rule of law during the coronavirus pandemic. In addition, the court proceedings are placed in the context of political decisions, the effects of dismissed cases are worked out and thus the remarkable interaction between the judiciary and the executive is shown. |
