Das Fach Ethik ist an Hochschulen, die für Berufsfelder wie Pflege, Medizin, Soziale Arbeit und Polizei ausbilden, inzwischen fest etabliert. Auch in anderen Bereichen der Berufswelt spielt ethische Bildung eine immer größer werdende Rolle. Der Band widmet sich angesichts dieser Entwicklung einer wissenschaftlichen Diskussion der Aufgaben, Ziele und Inhalte des Fachs Ethik in der beruflichen Bildung.
