This Special Issue consolidates thirteen meticulously selected papers, including eleven research articles and two reviews, highlighting the latest in CPR research and practices. The key areas explored here include high-fidelity simulation models in enhancing training effectiveness, innovative pre-hospital interventions like drone-delivered AEDs, and telemedicine advancements. The contributions in this Special Issue emphasize the importance of pre-hospital care, with studies showcasing improved survival rates through early interventions. This reprint also delves into post-resuscitation care, discussing neuroprognostication and novel therapeutic approaches. Additionally, it addresses pediatric resuscitation challenges, emphasizing age-appropriate techniques.
