Descripció
Sumari:The Special Issue of Crystals entitled “Hybrid Organic–Inorganic Materials Used to Improve the Environment and Human Health” resulted in the publication of 11 articles. This reprint focuses on theoretical and experimental research works providing new insights and practical findings on topics of real interest, such as catalytic processes, solar cells, and sensors. The interconnection between the two fields, environment and health, has led to original monographs on new ways and methods of reducing or monitoring pollution, which directly influences people's health. At the same time, organic–inorganic hybrid materials with luminescent properties with uses in various fields such as optical, medical, and food industry applications, which directly influence human health and condition, were addressed.
