Gleichzeitig verzerren Social Bots die öffentliche Meinungsbildung und stehen damit im Konflikt mit dem Prinzip kommunikativer Chancengleichheit. Paul Dürr entwickelt dogmatische Lösungskonzepte, um die Risiken digitaler Manipulationsformen verfassungsrechtlich abzubilden und Regulierungsinitiativen angemessen zu bewerten. |
