Thus it makes an important contribution to the history of his work and provides an insight into the raw thinking of this important educationalist. In it, he embarks on a search for the origins of the dual system, but also covers other subsystems of vocational training in Germany. Blankertz reconstructs the history of vocational training in the 19th century from a time-bound perspective of general social upheaval. |
