Descripció
Sumari:A healthy environment is crucial for a disease-free life at all ages.****The aim of the present research work was to make a theoretical approach to the environmental determinants of health.****The study consisted of a systematic review carried out during the months of April to July 2022, based on the PRISMA declaration, using the catalogue of scientific digital databases of the Catholic University of Cuenca and other open access platforms to search for information. The documents considered were those from 2012 to 2022 in Spanish and English, including original articles, systematic reviews, books, book chapters, institutional websites of the World Health Organization, Pan American Health Organization and Ministry of Public Health.****The results of the analysis were described in terms of the search and selection process, from the number of records identified to the number of studies included in the review, using a flow chart, and organised into themes such as: air pollution, water care, deforestation and soil erosion, and global warming.****Xavier Yambay Jaime Cajamarca
