| Riassunto: | The NEXT-CITIES project aims to explore Urban Fragments (FUs) in five Italian cities - Bologna, Cagliari, Milan, Naples, and Palermo. Starting from a critical reading of the PNRR framework - where Italian urban issues are mainly considered in terms of urban renewal following a dominant approach based on a few keywords (such as smartness, resilience, sustainability and creativity), our aim is to investigate and try to define a dispersed understanding of those cities, overcoming the idea (and desire) of the urban as an “integral whole.” |
