The proposed model is characterized by three complementary elements: the trial timeline, the organizational folder and the file sheet, packaged and updated by the trial clerk and made available to the judge. These tools are designed to adapt to the peculiarities of individual disputes and have been developed in such a way that they interact with each other. The functioning of the model assumes continuous collaboration and exchange between judges and trial clerks. |
