Descripció
Sumari:Around the middle of the twentieth century, social Christianity expresses in italian contest radical analyses of work condition, which match a trade union action, namely that of Cisl organization, that considers work as a protagonist of civilisation and valorises the possibilities of participation in the advantages associated with increasing productivity. The strategy of bargaining aims at results that can be shared according to right and good. At the same time, work theology sees work as a continuation of God’s creation. Though differently, the Marxist culture and that of Christian inspiration believe work as a vehicle of salvation. Currently the work as 'salvific' seems outdated. The realization of the human person has to rely on a larger activity and on a richer and more comprehensive human-environment relationship, beyond a work stuck inside the production model end in itself.
