After reading Marx's economic-philosophical manuscripts, Lukács discovers the ontological character of the work. He defines an ontological conception of work, that expressed in the Ontology of Social Being. Work is the moment that distinguishes man from animal. Work is the model of every form of human practice, through the position of the purpose, the investigation of the natural means to achieve it and its realization. |
