The essays now assembled actually cover the capital dimensions of Castanheira Neves’ Work (and his jurisprudentialist conception), whilst however assuming unmistakably diverse perspectives and frequenting different frontiers (as well as discussing diverse projections in reality and its law in action): this benefits the ensemble with the sense and authenticity (but also productivity) of a responsible conversation. |
