Summary:The atelier at Arezzo Neuropsychiatric Hospital transformed the artistic activity from a diagnostic tool to a recognized form of creative expression. Aftherwards the activities aimed even at offering therapeutic benefits and a small personal profit. To date, over 300 works by patients have been find, underscoring the therapeutic and social significance of art in psychiatric contexts.
