The first artefact has undergone various modifications and maintenance over the centuries: patches, ugly stitching, withdrawals, restrictions, perhaps already carried out since the 1337 reconnaissance. The second is made of a three-body worked velvet woven in Florence within the third decade, or a little later, of the 15th century. The contribution analyses the characteristics and transformations of the two liturgical robes from their manufacture to the contemporary age. |
