The ability to fill this role can be improved by stimulating the education of engineers with humanistic and social topics, multicultural teamwork and preparation to stimulate creativity and innovation within a laboratory community. In this path we find the relevance of Adriano Olivetti training process. This chapter reports some experiences of innovative teaching that can be useful for the design of university teaching courses in STEM subjects |
