Therefore, cobots and automatic systems are studied that allow algorithmic management of working relationships, also for the need to contrast algorithmic opacity. Finally, this essay argues about the need for a general rule that introduces: a generalized right to human supervision for all automated decisions in the employment relationship; a general ban on the use of inductive and manipulative technologies in the workplace, also in the perspective of the impact on the autonomy of workers by the trend towards the gamification of work. |
