From an intersectional perspective, gender-specific power relations and structural gender differences are examined and discussed in various areas, including armed conflicts, radicalization, prevention, sexual violence, the prosecution of domestic violence, and women in prison. The conference took place in April 2024 and was organized by the Criminological Research Institute of Lower Saxony and the German Women Lawyers Association.
