| Резюме: | The Peruvian Constitution of 1933. It was proclaimed in a solemn ceremony and played an important role in Peru's political history. This constitution was elaborated from a previous legal text known as the "Anteproyecto Villarán", it was criticized for having a leaning towards the political right, despite its focus on social aspects. As for the legislative function, the 1933 Constitution established that the Congress would be composed of a Chamber of Deputies, elected by direct suffrage, and a Functional Senate, whose members would be elected according to law. This essay aims to analyze the 1933 Constitution of Peru, highlighting its content with respect to society and its relevance in the historical and legal context of that period. Its legal method is to address the issue of society in the 1933 Constitution of Peru, a documentary review of the relevant constitutional texts, as well as related historical and legal sources will be carried out. A comparative analysis with previous and subsequent constitutions will be carried out, and the impact of the 1933 Constitution on the structure of the State and citizen rights and guarantees will be evaluated.
