| Zusammenfassung: | The contribution is arranged according to a tripartite structure, referencing the three fundamental characteristics of the Parsifal project, the economic, technical and cultural aspects, which are examined and treated in order of increasing importance. In the first part, it is emphasised that cooperation between libraries is a matter of technical librarianship before economic policy. However, this cooperation in turn raises a highly topical technical issue, that is, the coexistence and compatibility (in terms of discipline, interoperability) between different catalogues, which Parsifal addresses and resolves. The cultural scope of the project is finally highlighted, which positions the network of participating libraries as an authoritative interlocutor on a national and international level for any collaborative library project involving religious sciences. |
