Rather than providing a single definition of legal logic, this book aims to clarify its essence and offer didactic tools for its teaching. It is based on documentary research and includes key references in the field. Additionally, the authors have established the Peruvian Institute for Research in Logic and Philosophy (IPILOF) to promote the study of this discipline. |
