The debate addressed four fundamental themes, attempting to provide a comprehensive view of the main legal areas involved in the technological landscape: international cybersecurity law, data protection, digital platform regulation, and the development of new technologies based on artificial intelligence systems. Digitalization has radically transformed the way people interact, work, and learn. This revolution offers unprecedented potential to stimulate innovation, increase efficiency, and improve quality of life, while at the same time posing significant challenges that require a coherent and appropriate policy response.
