description Nowadays, when the world economy is constantly faced with various types of crisis, stabilizing the financial situation of the company becomes one of the key factors of survival on the market. The factoring represents one of the ways of raising capital. It can be a solution to the problems associated with the liquidity of entrepreneurs who have solid business partners in the form of debtors or having their own supply chains. It should be noted that the factoring may be accompanied by financial abuse. Therefore, the solution of that problem is a practical model of the proposed IT system, used to classify sets of factor’s customers’ transactions. For these models set of parameters need to be defined in order to classify factoring transactions. These models can be implemented in the IT system, which will facilitate their widespread use in practice. Presented mechanizms will allow the classification of factoring customers’ transactions, including any misclassification. They also provide an opportunity to observe changes in the analyses results conducted at intervals of time. Subsequently, on their basis, the system will be able to present changes of selected indicators for the selected customer.
