description Corporate wellness is also a certain management philosophy and a set of specific instruments supporting the well-being of employees in the company. This approach has been gaining popularity in recent years, especially in the context of the employee's labor and the need to seek and retain qualified human resources in organization. The problem concerns not only commercial corporations but also public institutions. This book, based on literature studies and research conducted by the author at a selected public university, is an attempt to answer the question of what elements should be included in corporate wellness activities to comprehensively respond to the needs of employees and how they should be introduced and integrated into coherent program. As a result, it was possible to determine how the model of wellness dimensions described by the author functions in the organization and how elements of the wellness offer are used and assessed by employees. In addition, interesting solutions in the field of corporate wellness were presented, which could also work in other organizations.
