| description | The aim of this chapter is to analyse the problems of supplying a manufacturing company in the energy industry with the components necessary for the production of metering equipment. The context for the analyses is the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 and the war in Ukraine in 2022. Using data from the company as an example, disruptions in the supply chain management of components and raw materials necessary for production during unexpected disruptions are described. The methods used were literature analysis, the method of a nondirective interview with the owner of the enterprise and the analysis of data from the described enterprise from 2018-2023. The final part of the chapter contains conclusions, which can be the role of recommendations for the examined enterprise. |
