Summary:There are various reflections on contemporary artistic and cultural practices and on the means of acting from cultural management to achieve a greater incidence in the citizen context. Experts in creation, thought and cultural action, analyze the tensions that go through this field, with a transverse, interdisciplinary dimension, in order to prepare proposals that allow new orientations in the conception of cultural activity to be developed from the university, from private institutions, from various administrative instances, without forgetting the necessary dialogue between administration and citizens through the numerous artistic and cultural groups.
