Shrnutí:The situation of deterioration of the human rights suffered by the Saharawi people and the need to resolve peacefully the conflict in which Western Sahara has been stranded for more than thirty years, It has been the motivation that has led them to celebrate the days of the University of Murcia during the October 21 and 24 of 2013. The security and peace of the Saharawi people needs the opportunity to decide its future through a referential of self -determination that includes the option of independence. On this objective, jurists, intellectual world and human rights, we have discussed, reflected and contributed numerous experiences and proposals, which we collect in this publication.
