Descripció
Sumari:In this book several types of practical work are contemplated: • Conventional laboratory works. In which materials available in any secondary education laboratory are required and that are not especially expensive, such as supports, docks, vessels, thermometers, frequent use reagents, etc.As examples, we can cite the study of the movement of a marble that descends rolling by an inclined plane, Hooke's law, the Archimedes principle, the determination of the specific heat of the water or the reaction between the aluminum and the cation CU(II). • Homemade practices. They are practical work that students can perform outside the laboratory because the necessary materials allow it. Some examples of these works are the study of the deformation of an elastic rubber, the construction and use of a calorimeter to determine the specific heat of a metal, the catalytic decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, the study of iron corrosion, etc..In some of these practical activities, the use of laboratory material may be required, such as scales, specimens, dynamometers or thermometers, so some operations (for example, heavy or volume measure) can be carried out by the student in the laboratory of the laboratorySchool Center. • Demonstrations. They are activities carried out by the teacher, usually with the collaboration of some students. Among them, we can mention the implosion of a drink of soda, the experiment of the blue bottle, the alcohol cannon, the conservation of energy in a pendulum, etc.
