These elements are complementary, but not synonyms. Innovation usually seeks improvements, preferably immediate, of learning, while research tries to answer an educational question or problem. However, research groups must incorporate in innovation equipment, since it provides resources and work areas for research. But innovation teams must also involve research teams, since innovation must be based on research processes so that the proposals are recognized and transcended from the closest contexts |
