| Summary: | The subject work, employment and education is a discipline that deals with the general framework of the relations between training, work and employment offering information on the basic principles that guide educational action in the educational and workplace. Education and employment are essential pillars to reduce poverty and fight against situations of social exclusion. This has been pointed out by numerous international organizations that claim that an education that facilitates access to the work world is necessary. Likewise, it is essential that measures and actions are strengthened to promote the use of quality of people with special employability or risk of exclusion difficulties. Among the topical treated topics are basic concepts, policies and measures related to labor inclusion, training for the insertion of vulnerable groups or at risk of exclusion or the dissemination and the organization of formation itinerariesn socio -labor. The topics focus from a theoretical-practical perspective so that students are not only able to analyze and criticize the reality of the moment we live, but also to develop proposals for educational intervention. |
