| Sumari: | The Historical Digital Catalog of Spanish Legal Doctrine relates the most important works of Spanish jurisperites between the 16th and 19th centuries, according to an order that distinguishes the plurality of rights of Renaissance and Baroque modernity (crowns of Castilla and Aragon, kingdom of Navarra), with attention to the Iberian intellectual communion (kingdom of Portugal), and jurisprudential production elaborated to the compass of the formation of the national and national law of the crown of Spain. The structure of the catalog allows historians and jurists to chronologically distinguish authors and literary forms that shared interpretive concepts and keys that must be valued in the temporal context to which they belonged. For greater utility, the catalog provides web links to European libraries and digital funds that today facilitate the reading of these doctrinal sources in the referenced editions. |
