| Sumari: | Catalog of the exhibition held from April 26 to June 13, 2023, in Sala La Capilla, rector of the University of Murcia.Organized by the Culture Service. The installation exposed in the chapel of the rector of the University of Murcia is composed of twelve long paper sheets.extended perpendicularly to the ground and placed radially in the center of the room, around which the viewer can circulate. In these thin papers, fragments of various writings have been written or burned manually, which some religions call sacred, some come from already extinct languages and others, despite their age, remain in force today. We can ver Mesopotamian cuneiform inscriptions;Egyptian hieroglyphs, hititas and Maya; Cretan writings, Elamitas, Phoenicians, Etruscans and Nordic runes: Hebrew manuscripts, Greeks, Latin, Arabs, Mongols, Chinese and Japanese; African texts in Geez, Tihnag and Swajili. |
