Summary:"Tejiendo Paz desde las Aulas" is a text that brings together the voices of different Latin American researchers on a topic that should be fundamental in the training of teachers. The text, from its title, is a commitment to the judicious review of one of the most important aspects in the daily life of the school: school coexistence. Like in a theatrical performance, the various actors gather daily in the school, fulfilling their roles, taking diverse attitudes that determine the relationships established among them. Adults, children, and teenagers, adjust their ways of acting to establish the norms of coexistence in the school. At this point, it is pertinent to clarify that when talking about norms, it does not necessarily refer to those accepted by educational systems; in most cases, these norms that govern behaviors (especially among students) are norms recreated from experiences that, in some cases, constitute a normalization of school aggression.
