| الملخص: | In the following pages, a reflection is presented on the incidence of multi-employment among Social Work professionals in Valle del Cauca. This as part of the presentation of the results of an investigation that used mixed methods of information collection. It reflects theoretically on the incidence of multi-employment among these and these professionals, and how the manifestations associated with multi-employment highlight characteristics of work in the twenty-first century: precarious work through labor flexibility, unprotected in terms of social protection and fragmented, which constitute new workers who must manage to face these processes of precarization. Finally, attached to the conclusions, the findings and conclusions of this chapter are related to some data reported by the research of the National Council of Social Work (CONETS, 2021) on the working conditions of Social Work professionals in Colombia, and reflects on the importance of insisting on more analytical inquiries, as well as in the strengthening of the professional association to think and draw proposals before these conditions of professional employment. |
