Sammanfattning:The crisis that Venezuela is experiencing due to violence, insecurity and threats, as well as the lack of food, medicine and essential services, has generated the migration of approximately 6,040,000 citizens of this country (UNHCR, 2021), of which 4,992,215 are in countries in Latin America and the Caribbean (R4V, 2022), and of these, around 1,840,000 reside in Colombia. Thus, as of August 31, 2021, according to Migración Colombia (2022), there were 1,842,390 Venezuelan migrants in the country, of which 344,688 were regular, 1,182,059 were in the process of regularization and 315,643 were irregular.
