Summary:The peace crisis, the corona crisis, the climate crisis, the so-called 'migration crisis'. The last decades have been and continue to be marked by experiences of crisis. These crises have also created (new) legal problems and (re)raised fundamental questions in criminal law. The present conference volume of the 10th Symposium of the Young Criminal Law takes up these questions. Four topics are discussed in depth: fundamental questions about the relationship between criminal law and crisis, the climate and food crises and the forms of protest associated with them, the role of criminal law in the pandemic and in relation to the so-called migration crisis, and crisis and criminal law critique.
