Özet:Starting from a reality that is hidden from no one, allows us to understand the true meaning and background of what the problem of vulnerability impacts, because although it is true, it is a socially dominant situation, associated with a series of contributing aspects such as poverty, abandonment, forgetfulness and inequitable distribution of resources, where personal, social and territorial needs have diverse implications.It is important to establish that groups of vulnerable people are consid-ered in the environment to be those gatherings of beings who are victims of violence, abandonment and other aspects that impact human beings at a psychosocial level, where forgetfulness, abandonment and other situ-ations that affect and transcend are evident. in several aspects, showing individuals with major flaws in their state of health, which have an im-pact on different aspects and conditions, one of them being the abandon-ment that is evident at the dental level, which has an impact beyond what can be imagined, since it affects speech, swallowing, malnutrition, diges-tive disorders, isolation, psychological effects, among others. all of the above, seen and known from the first contact with each of the residents, who from the very moment of knowing that they are going to be benefited with their dental prosthesis(es) that, in addition to making up for missing teeth, will reflect a positive change and emotional to have the prosthesis that will allow adequate chewing functions to be performed and that in one way or another have an impact on the integral development of the be-ing, significantly impacting the lifestyle.
