| Achoimre: | From the point of view of the social psychology of health, the project “Sowing love” was born, which tries to solve the psychological problems presented by gynecological-obstetrical patients because of the covid-19 pandemic and in a condition of hospitalization in a nursing institution. Third and fourth level health of the city of Cali to favor their adaptation to the hospital environment. The objective of this work is to design, implement and evaluate a psychological intervention program to favor the adaptation to the hospital environment in women gynecologists in a third and fourth level health institution in the city of Cali, it has a mixed method, in which its development in the field was carried out in the periods 2021-2 and 2022-1 with the participation of 378 patients. The results show a positive impact on the mental health of women hospitalized in times of covid-19 and their companions who appear as support networks. |
