| Tóm tắt: | The complex social systems are the result of international functionalstructuralism permeated by the regulations of legal and normative guarantees in the field of the State model and compartment, based on political tendencies and guidelines of world order organizations, so that in the consolidation of the factors social determinants in health which are the circumstances that prevent illnesses, diseases and syndromes of the population through basic sanitation, drinking water, toxins, a healthy environment, poverty, nutritional food security, national security, equity and sustainable development.Based on the foregoing, this scientific document is constructed, which contains the health law in its systemic composition, public health, repercussions on the health condition, health regimes in relation to social security in health and the right to health, benefit perspective. social security, which shows the need to strengthen the provisional insurance legal guarantee from the decrease in morbidity and mortality generated by socio-sanitary factors that affect the biological, psychological and social development of the human collective. |
